After breakfast each morning, we focus on our daily aikido training. Then it's off to experience more fun as we explore the surrounding areas.
In Vancouver, we'll discover the 400-hectare evergreen oasis known as Stanley Park.
Here there's an array of activities to choose from including the world famous Vancouver Aquarium.
Another day will bring us to hike Lynn Canyon and journey across it's 50-metre high suspension bridge.
For ocean fun we'll discover Kitsilano Beach providing a great swimming pool at the ocean's edge.
While in the Kootenay's we'll experience breathtaking hikes up in the mountains and we'll explore the depths of them too as we embark on a guided tour of the ancient limestone Cody Caves with their spectacular array of formations including stalagmites, stalactites and waterfalls.
Minutes from the dojo in Nelson is Lakeside Park on the shores of Kootenay Lake. Here we'll all enjoy games on the beach, in the water and under the old growth shade trees of this beautiful park.
The location of lunch each day will vary depending on the city and the activity of the day. After dinner, participants will enjoy games and activities in the dojo or at the accommodation site.
